Lord Christopher Monckton gives a stirring rebuttal to Al Gore and the global warming fanatics. The video at the bottom is long, over an hour, but well worth your time. The only downside is you can't see the slides that accompany his speech - so I have added a link to the Power Point slides as well.

Its no wonder that Al Gore is scared to debate Lord Monckton.

Age Of Stupid...

I was off on Monday and decided to take in a movie. I got my times mixed up and ended up watching Whiteout, since that was the only film starting within the next 45 minutes. With the exception of the first 10 minutes featuring Kate Beckinsale climbing in the shower, which had absolutely no bearing on the film I might add, the film was a complete waste of $7.25. Plus of course the $100 or so I spent for my fruit punch.

Before the film started, there was a preview for a new docudrama called the Age Of Stupid. I thought it a very appropriate title since it is yet another Al Gore inspired "global warming" propaganda film. There will be a big event around 9/21 in theaters throughout the world to promote and show this piece of garbage. All the pretty people are apart of this, who doesn't want to "save the planet" in real life, especially if they don't get to do it onscreen quite often.

I really thought this scam had been thoroughly debunked. I am shocked and dismayed that there are still Al Gore disciples trying to fool people into thinking that they are somehow "destroying the planet" when they drive their SUV to the store. So once again, let me try and persuade you that man is NOT responsible for changes in the earth's climate.

Global warming alarmists may have noble intentions. But they are useful idiots for those like Al Gore who hope to profit from the scare, and socialists who hope to expand government through vain attempts to stop "global warming." That is why the solutions offered always include draconian tax increases, massive expansion of government and more regulation.

President Vaclav Klaus of the Czech Republic, certainly no stranger to the dangers of socialism, made a speech in France recently. Here is an excerpt:

The advocates of global warming alarmism ask for an almost unprecedented expansion of government intrusion, of government intervention into our lives and of government control over us. We are pushed into accepting rules about how to live, what to do, how to behave, what to consume, what to eat, how to travel. It is unacceptable. Radical, human freedom and prosperity endangering measures and policies owing to global warming are not necessary.

Just remember, the leaders of the global warming scam are green on the outside, but red as can be on the inside. Nobody on the right is suggesting that we pollute or destroy the planet. We are just rejecting the fear-based plunge towards more socialism based on really bad science. Trying to fight "global warming" or even worse change the climate, would truly make this the age of stupid.

The Tax Foundation has come up with a nifty tool to estimate how much you will have to pay Al Gore to fight his global warming scam. You can calculate your own"contribution" right here. The sad thing is that all this money will be taken out of the economy and do NOTHING to change the climate.

Liberals are pushing hard for a government takeover of health care right now which is rather frightening. Health care is already screwed up precisely because government has its tentacles all over the industry. I saw this firsthand during my Father's final weeks.

But as scary as government run health care might be, the added taxes and regulation that would have to be created to fight "global warming" would be catastrophic. Every sector of the economy would be attacked. Every human activity would have to be monitored, regulated and taxed. There would be absolutely no freedom and no privacy in an Obama/Al Gore run war against the sun.

My annual donation to the Al Gore Enrichment Fund came to just under $1,000. By my estimates the annual government theft would come to over $250 billion stripped from the economy. Now if Obama and Al Gore could only figure out who to pay to make the sun not shine so much...
